The first time I drove across town, they were closed at noon on a Saturday. Made the trip again because they had beautiful things in the window. There was a very rude sign on the door about you can't look around or ask any questions. I took my chances and walked in. I asked the woman if it was ok if I looked around. She said that they were plagued by shoplifters and couldn't wait to get of this town. Worst vibe I have ever had while shopping in a local store. I bought a few things, (they do have some great stuff). Charged me extra for using a debit card. I won't be back, but I would have spent much more if it were a more welcoming environment. read more

STAY AWAY! If I was able to, I would give this no stars, but there is no option for that. I came from Montrose and called ahead to make sure the shop was open before I came because it was listed online as closed but the hour said it was open. The owner was a lady saying that they were open not closed, when I got in there, she asked me if I needed to mijo and I said I was just looking and not even five minutes after arriving into the shop I was told in a rude tone of voice by the owner of the shop, who was the only person in at the time that I needed to hurry up because my allotted time limit in the shop was almost over. They have a lot of stuff cluttered together so it's difficult to actually view everything within their supposed of allotted time limit I was told to prevent shoplifters when there was no one else even in the shop but myself I was wearing spandex shorts and a T-shirt, carrying my phone, money, and keys no place to hide or steal some thing I felt as if I was being accused of stealing or shoplifting within only under five minutes of being in the shop while the whole time the female owner was sitting on a phone not even paying attention I feel if they're going to do a timer maybe they should organize their store to not have as much merchandise clumped together, so people can easily see all the items that they supposedly have. Not only that you can tell some of the crystals have been what seems to be put back together as if it was broken and put together. I have never been in a Crystal shop or a rock shop or a spiritual type of shop where I've had such negativity and rude tone of voice from someone working within a shop and accusations that were false just walking in the door. I highly advise to stay clear of the shop unless you want to be rushed and accused if you're asked why there's a timer for you to be in the shop of shoplifting, also from what I saw many of the crystals in their condition were over priced for the short amount of time that I could see what they had. I recommend going to the other store in downtown Grand Junction called Crescent Moon spiritual goods. When I went to that location I asked if they had a timer for their customers that were there to buy goods and they said no so if you go there, you have time to look for the items and a friendly peaceful environment. read more

This shop has a lot of nice crystals and incense but only if you're 18+ and only plan on spending like 5 minutes in there. From the get go (who I assume to be) the shop owner was rushing us and accusing us of loitering even though we were planning on buying something we had just never been there before and as you can tell from photos there is a lot of stuff. She practically forced my friend to begin check out or we'd be kicked out and she went on to complain that he had bought something that was only $2 since he only had $2, and that I needed to add more to my purchase because for card you need a minimum of $10. While I was going to grab something else to buy, just to please her, she said that we had already spent HALF AN HOUR (15 minutes) and were waisting her wasting HER time and she needs to do more important things. She then asked us if we were 18 and proceded to explain that we weren't even supposed to be in there which we were not aware. I asked her if she'd like us to just leave and she said we could do whatever and said some more rude comments so we decided you know what? This isn't worth it and left. I will never be returning and will advise people I know to never go there. This was an awful experience. read more

Customer service is awful. The young man in there was to busy talking to his friend then to be interrupt. Will give my business to ebay and etsy next time. If I didnt need those stones today, I would have walked out. Never again. Lucky I dont sprinkle mercury water at your doorstep next time. read more

Absolutely love this place. Came in looking for some pretty common stones, left feeling like I had made new friends and connections with the workers. I was cheated and lied to. The owner is a deceitful, lying poor excuse for a "healer" I was sold carborundum and told it was rare and only found somewhere in china. I later researched only to find out it's manmade and very expensive. I paid 20 and thought it she was being honest, so incredibly upset. I will be reporting to bbb and everybody I know.
