Don't ever order anything from them, expecting, if product arrives damaged, for a resolution. Ordered a gift box that contained olive oil. When it arrived, the olive oil was broken. I called to ask for a replacement, evidently to the great displeasure of Diana with whom I spoke. She was very abrupt to the point of being curt. The replacement did arrive a few days later, also broken and leaking all over the package. When I called to ask if another replacement could be sent maybe better packaged I was very curtly informed that it was well packaged (not so) and she was not sending me another replacement because this was costing her money and she couldn't afford to keep sending replacements. Then complaints ensued because she was going to have to file a complaint with the carrier service. And begrudgingly information was given on where to send pictures of the 2 deliveries. Customer service at it's finest. I think not. No longer will this store have my business, and any friends I have in this area, I will be contacting to encourage them to look elsewhere to spend their money.

All that I have tried have been excellent, but I prefer to make my own - part of the fun of the whole smoking experience for me. But - try them out. (He also smokes meat for purchase - but you really need to check with him for times and variety. I haven't done this but I would expect a quality product). Bert has a large number of smokers to sell - wood, gas, pellet, electric, etc. But what he does best is give advice. He helped us pick a smoker, woods, and the spices. I think pairing of wood type to the meat you smoke makes a huge difference in the end result. HIGHLY recommended!

I didn't blame Fruita wood as this was obviously a pay pal error. Since it hadn't shipped yet this could have been easily fixed. Instead the owner Bert told me to deal with PayPal. Which is what I did. Then he got upset because I went to pay pal. I didn't file a claim I just opened an inquiry to let pal pay know there was a problem. Bert obviously has social issues as I read other complaints where Bert's more interested in proving his point rather than just taking care of his customers. I certainly won't be ordering again and I'll let as many people as I can know what kind of business this is .

The plants are thriving and we've been enjoying the vinegars and oil. Recently, I tried drizzling strawberry basil vinegar over half my mozzarella Caprese salad and tangerine over the other half. My guests loved the flavors. Today we decided to add more flavors to our pantry. The proprietresses were extremely helpful. We tried many flavors and flavor combinations and were given great ideas on which foods went best with them. We also found a spice blend that is flavorful and versatile. We more than doubled our existing vinegars and oils. Some will be gifts but the rest will enhance dishes from salads to desserts. If you find yourself near Palisade, Colorado, we recommend visiting this business. It has wide range of products in an attractive setting and knowledgeable staff.
