The technician arrived, got the furnace running in about 15 minutes, and then handed me a bill for $189. I find this completely unreasonable. There was minimal work involved -- no parts replaced, no complex diagnosis, just a quick ignition. Charging nearly two hundred dollars for a few minutes of work feels like taking advantage of customers, especially those who might not feel comfortable handling these issues alone. I will not be using this company again and strongly urge others to ask detailed questions about pricing before agreeing to service. No one deserves to be exploited for a simple fix.

I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done.
