Peter Gonzalez of Titan Construction gave us a very fair quote and followed through by completely repairing the drywall (after the plumbers fixed the leak) and repainting the vent. We then asked him to paint the undersides of the eaves and front and rear porches of our home and replace rotted wood fascia and boards from the eaves themselves. He powerwashed, caulked, primed and painted all the surfaces and replaced quite a few boards and trim. We are very pleased with the job he did and appreciate his meticulous preparation and finishing. We have no hesitation in recommending him for any job, from small to large.

Vigil N Sons was one of the few contractors that didn't turn their nose up at my small job - many of those I reached out to for quote either ignored me or came back with "we aren't doing any work with an estimate less than $20,000". Aaron was extremely easy to work with, and I'm a very picky individual. He went out of his way to make sure I got the cabinets, flooring, and colors all exactly as I wanted. He was happy to provide suggestions for what could be installed but was also equally happy to use the materials I specified within the provided budget. He originally quoted 3-4 days to complete the work once it started, and even with inclement weather getting in the way, he still got the work completed in 3.5 days. I've waited a month after the work was completed to write and post this review, and I have to say the level of quality started out high and has remained that way. Everything has remained solid, the flooring hasn't developed any creaks, and everything is still securely assembled.
