I went to see Jena to get my ear piercings reopened. She was fast, efficient, and gentle. After she was done, she checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I was ok. She keeps a very clean room and uses the necessary precautions to make sure her equipment is sterile. I really enjoyed my experience there and I highly recommend Jena! read more

Last Friday my "daughter" and I were looking to get spur of the moment matching tattoos while she was visiting Florida from Massachusetts. We went to several other shops that advertised walk ins, but no place had openings, until we got to Level Up. We got there just as they opened. We were welcomed the minute we walked in the door by all of the staff. They were kind and happy. Cody said he had some time to take us both. He edited our mock up just a bit so we would get the best quality and so our tattoos would age well. His area was clean and neat. Cody made sure the placement was correct and as he was tattooing, he was attentive to us both, making sure we were okay and didn't need a break. The shop itself was fun. It was colorful. The vintage video game were such a cool addition in the shop. We didn't see if they were in working order, but just seeing the machines brought back such fun memories. I will definitely be going back to Cody for other tattoos. I also look forward to getting a piercing from them read more

I went in with a friend for both of us to get piercings. Jena has a very calm demeanor and talked us through everything. Very knowledgeable and good at what she does. The whole place was very clean. Great experience! read more

This place is very amazing, very clean, very professional, got my conch pierced here and the main piercer Jena is very kind, makes sure your okay after the piercing, very quick and gentle unlike some other places located in port Charlotte, if you're looking for a great piercer go here 100% they also have a very good jewelry selection read more

Stopped in this 'local business' twice to inquire about a very small tattoo touch up as a 'walk in'…read moreclient ~ both times was told to come back at a different suggested time ... completely understandable as they were very busy. Third time I was SPECIFICALLY told to come back 'Sunday at noon'. Showed up that Sunday at noon and the doors were locked. Called the number posted on the front door, left a voice mail AND sent a text message (as instructed on the door) and received NOTHING in response. Nothing. Not a 'sorry, not a 'we're too busy', not a 'job is too small', or just a simple 'Fuck you'. Nothing. Rude, disrespectful of MY time (which is just as important as the next guys, regardless of what one might think) and completely unprofessional. So much for trying to 'support my local businesses'. Found an amazing artist just up the road who did a FANTASTIC job (and who I paid a hundred bucks to ~ plus a tip ~ for that 5 minute job, because I respect EVERYONES time...) and who I will highly recommend going forward. In truth, the rating should be one star ~ but I'm not a complete dick.
