Biggest waste of money in my life she dragged it out telling me we could win a dismissal and she…read morecould get my license well after a year and a half she told me she don't think I can win and plea deal is my best option. Everything I was told would happen turned out to be a lie a got a more severe sentence then someone who was actually guilty of the with prior convictions and I had some parking tickets from years ago. The reason I took the plea deal was because they said I can get my license and when they told me at the DMV I couldn't get it back I called the office and sent a email but no response Sept for a few days later I got a letter from her saying it's done and we got the best outcome. I don't know who got the best out come because it wasn't me if you want a good lawyer stay away from here I would not recommend this form to anyone

During our first court date, she didn't submit evidence properly according to the judge and got four years of evidence dismissed. She admitted fault but wouldn't go into further detail blaming the law clerk as part of the problem. She tried to resubmit evidence in our second hearing but didn't have proper transcript for the video and got it dismissed. Her mishandling of the case made it a he said/she said scenario. She blamed the outcome on the quality of my evidence, which was never expressed in the months she had to prepare the case, and blamed the judge. She said if it was any other judge we would have won, but this judge is a stickler. I talked to Kevin Seiben and he backs her actions. I would have had a better chance at winning my case representing myself at least I would have properly handled evidence to prove my case.

So, you are possibly reading this review because you, or someone you know, were stopped by the…read morepolice and received a citation for a DUI or something similar. Now you know you need a lawyer and are dreading the entire process of finding the right attorney. You wonder if one attorney is any better than another? Should you "shop around" for the best deal? And how do you know you have the best deal and the right attorney? Based upon personal experience through a close family member I can unequivocable tell you that YES, you should shop around for the best deal - with one major caveat. THE BEST DEAL IS NOT NECESSARILY THE BEST PRICE. Let me repeat that, I can promise you; the best price is NOT the best deal. The "best deal" is getting the best lawyer to handle your particular situation. Like it or not, the infraction that you are accused of is a major deal and can lead to serious financial, workplace, and social difficulties. While going through this entire process, we learned that having a lawyer that not only specializes in DUI (or similar issues) but has also racked up YEARS of experience in this field gave us the best chances for a better than anticipated outcome. Gerald Miller is that lawyer. It is almost unbelievable how much time he and his team will devote to understanding you and your situation. Each court in the various jurisdictions in our metro area all have their slightly different idiosyncrasies. Gerald Miller and his team know these courts, their systems, their processes and the personalities within each of these jurisdictions and will use their knowledge to gain the best possible outcome for you. Sometimes you have to realize that once the damage is done (your DUI) your best course of action is to not exacerbate the situation by not having the right representation. Do yourself a favor, have a conversation with Gerald Miller and his team, you will be thankful that you did.
