The space inside feels older, it has characters & that bookstore feel you can't explain. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the store was! They did a really good job of organizing books so it wasn't hard to find what I was looking for and in addition to it was easy to browse I ended up spending over an hour just looking around. The downstairs area also has a used book area which I love because it makes them more affordable which helping someone explore an older book for the first time. Anytime I'm in the area I'll be popping in to see what's new (or used) and grab a few books. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to surf through hard copies of books to pick what's right for them. I asked about a particular album that they didnt have but he new everything about the album including the name of the model on the cover art. Dude blew my mind. Hes a savant. They were so welcoming and enthusiastic about helping to understand every customer that came in while I was there. They invested their time and energy into each of us. This will be my #1 music shop from now on. Dont miss their satellite booth at Pick 66 antiques mall in Crestwood on Watson. Great finds there. They dont keep all of the best stuff for the home location. They make sure that the satellite location has great offerings.
