I have a signed letter from him dated February 7th, 2014 stating that once my 5 year probation is up, he'll expunge it for free. I contacted him once that time was up to get it expunged as he said he'd so at no extra cost, but he came up with every excuse for months for why he failed to do so and this was Pre-COVID. Then, later that year, I guess he got irritated that I kept contacting him to try to have it expunged, and he and his wife began being rude and almost threatening towards me. Once COVID started, he consistently used that as his excuse. I understood that he couldn't do anything when everything was locked down, but I was hoping he finally would once things opened again. After COVID, he continued to not do anything and after a couple of months him and his wife decided to simply not answer or reply to any text, email, or phone call (they screen their calls) when all I was trying to do is see if he would follow through with what he said he'd do. He simply won't because he won't get thousands more from me. I should have posted this long ago, but at least I finally got around to it, unlike James and my expungement.
