They chose to appear in court online instead of in person and completely failed to present the key details I gave them, which caused me to lose my case. They also made zero effort to negotiate or reduce the fine. After that, they basically disappeared. I called over 10 times, sent over 10 emails, and got no response. Only once did I get a reply, saying they were "very busy." Really? Is that how you treat clients who already paid you? He was completely honest with me and explained to me that (because of some citation specific details related to the court location and the speed cited for) if we fought the ticket, there was a small chance of a license suspension, which we couldn't risk. Man, I can't say enough about this company. I retained them for a speeding ticket I received back in August of 2024. Without incriminating myself I was definitely speeding but Believe the speed I was going was very inaccurate. I contacted William to help me with a ticket I had did all the research for the ticket including obtaining the officers work schedule showing that he was not on duty the day he wrote me a ticket along with 8 other pieces of evidence supporting my case of being innocent William said he had a case in the same court the same day at the same time and he could help me I said great I paid him then he went silent until the night before he called me and said he couldn't make it to court I said our agreement was for you to appear with me , I went to court the next morning William didn't show but called me and said he had tlked to the officer already he said he would appear online I asked him if I needed to be there he said NO I asked are you going to submit my 9 pages of evidence he said yes I asked the balif if I had to be there he said no my lawyer would handle the matter I then realize William is friends with the officer and I feel it was conflict of interest he should have told me this ! Then I find out he did not submit my evidence and the judge doubled my fine !! William is dishonest and incompetent I would never recommend using him . I only gave him a one star because that's the lowest rating they allow to give I would say he is a minus five star . To add to William response he is a liar because he didn't do anything like I said I did the work I had the officers work schedule showing he was lying also because my truck was not on the road and the officer wasn't on duty I had other evidence to support my case , William agreed to appear with me in court I had contacted other lawyers and they wanted to do a online I chose William because he said he would be next to me to object to the judge , if other lawyers could submit my evidence while online why couldn't William ? Because he is a lair now I find out I can't appeal with the evidence he was suppose to submit !! I see other reviews were similar where he said he would appear in person then go online .
