William helped me with a red light camera ticket in Vista, CA. I originally didn't know that I had gotten it until I received a collections letter in the mail! I went to the court house and told them that I never received the ticket. They erased the failure to appear and the additional fine for the collection agency; setting me up for arraignment that day! I hadn't seen the ticket so I plead not guilty and waived time so that I would have a trial ASAP. I figured I would just get it over with. They set me up with a trial date that of course was during my work schedule. I researched online and came across My Traffic Guys on yelp. I decided it couldn't hurt to try. William called me back the same day and gave me advice about my ticket. Since I had already gotten a trial date, there was no chance of changing the courthouse even though originally I could have since I work in San Diego, not north county. I didn't even know I could have done that. William talked with me for a good 45 min about the ticket and my chances of getting off-- not good at all. He was very honest and sincere. I decided that at the very least maybe he might be able to get the fine reduced and by having him go I wouldn't have to miss work. I paid the fine and he went to court for me. Although William disagreed with the judge in regards to the picture compared to my license, I was found guilty. Red light camera tickets are hard to fight regardless because it is all based on the judge's opinion! I even had sunglasses and my hair pulled back in the photo, which I thought would have made reasonable doubt. William did get the fine down from 490 to 269 which I am so grateful for! Regardless of the outcome; I am very happy with the services I received. William fought for me with the judge, was honest with me, and made the process easy for me. Now that I know how much of a help he can be I will definitely be contacting him in regards to any future tickets. (lets hope I don't need to!) read more

I want to offset the negative reviews here, having appeared in Court and seen what happens. I was one of five people Will Concidine was representing that day. The four other officers were not present and the tickets were dismissed. Those odds are 1/5. I was unlucky. Whether you are lucky or not should not be the basis for your review. The issue I have with many of the negative reviews is that they essentially are saying that Concidine has control over things he doesn't. Whether or not the officer appears is out of his control. The circumstances of the case are not in his control. He appeared remotely for my trial, I don't know that it makes any difference whether he is in court or not. Everything goes quickly. Things seem largely procedural. Expecting a miracle is not why you hire an attorney. It's to have the experience that can assess the best possible options given an entirety of changing factors to then make a rationale choice. If you don't make the rationale choice, that is not on the attorney. I do think Concidine is worth what I paid. He has a knowledge of the laws, the judges, and the system. I think he's created a niche situation where he can take on a bulk of cases that makes it cost-effective for both him and the client. Some of these negative reviews are absurd--it's just children who can't take responsibility for their actions and fail to grasp how statistics work. read more

My Traffic Guys are Awesome, i received a no Right turn on Red ticket several months ago, which i did not agree with. I heard many stories of bad experiences going to court. I thought about paying and going to traffic school, but deiced to wait and see how much the ticket was going to be, can't be more than couple hundred, when i got the Notice it would cost me about $400.00 plus time and effort. Absolutely amazing service from the initial response to my email query to the consistent follow up as my case went through the court process. I was on vacation in California and was pulled over for going 89 in a 65. I have two teenage boys, so absolutely wanted to avoid adding any points to my driving record that would increase insurance rates. Don't pay that citation, get some legal representation! In May of 2016 I had been stopped by California Highway Patrol and written a ticket for basic speed law violation. (22350) I had recieved a speeding ticket within the past 18 months so I did not qualify for traffic school. I did my research on this website as well as Avvo.com and decided to have Mr. Concidine and his firm represent me. First I spoke to Mr. Estrada who answered some questions I had regarding the ticket. Later I filled out the retainer form and sent them a copy of the ticket. I had given him a call in August asking about my case and was so nervous I had difficulty speaking to him, but after hanging up the phone I could say I was optimistic about my case. I highly recommend going to Will Concidine at My Traffic Guys to contest your traffic violations. The retention fee is more than worth it even if your case doesn't end up getting dismissed. All business can be conducted via e-mail, and Mr. Concidine is always very quick to respond if you have any questions. He takes care of the initial court appearance date, where you let the court know that you want to contest the ticket. This delays the whole process by several months, which gives you time to put money aside in case you don't get the dismissal you want. He also shows up at the trial to represent you and hopefully get rid of the traffic ticket for you. Considering that you don't have to take off any time from work for any court appearance, the up front fee for the ticket doesn't have to get paid as it normally does when you contest unrepresented, and that the whole process get delayed by several months, going to My Traffic Guys is a no brainer.
