The venue at LeVoy is the perfect size with a variety of Broadway shows. The snack and drink options are affordable and there is ample parking behind the theater. I've enjoyed many shows over the years with the exception of Cinderella. There were many blonde wigs worn by the cast, but this Cinderella was a natural brunette, really? The casting for this show wasn't the best and the storyline was odd and somewhat political. Many little girls in the audience were dressed like Cinderella and I'm sure they were confused too. Do better next time LeVoy. read more

Absolutely loved the show very upbeat. Great voices and good acting. Didn't have any food. Ambience was nice. Service was OK.

What an awesome upgrade to the Theater! Very nice, clean and welcoming. I did not attend a "Theatrical", event, but was there for a meeting. The lovely staircase greets you as you walk in the front door. They do still the old Box office. There is street parking, and parking in the back as well. I have seen advertisements for upcoming shows, and they do have some really perfomances lined up. read more

This local theater is a true gem in Millville. I have seen countless shows and have never been disappointed. They have a bar open during performances. They also offer up renting the venue for events. There is a nice space on the second floor for a small affair. The sound system is great. The programming is quality and varied. They have everything from tribute bands, to local ballet companies, to big names like Joan Osborne, LeAnn Rhimes, and Chazz Palminteri. Those are just a few of many. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Sight lines are good and seats are comfortable. Highly recommend supporting this great theater. read more

The theatre is a work in progress, but it's expected to be completed in time for an early 2010 opening. I've seen the architect's plans and it's going to be a showplace. The Off Broad Street Players will be the resident theatre company and other entertainment is expected span the full spectrum of possibilities from movies, to music to comedy. Levoy is a super cool place to catch a show in an area where it doesn't seem much else is going on. The chairs are super comfy and roomy enough, which is a rarity these days. They don't really hit you over the head for drink prices, also rare. It's very intimate and has a generally cool feel to it. Since it is smaller every seat is pretty much a great seat. I personally had no problem finding parking. There was a random lot about a block away that was free, so that worked for us. The only minor issue I had was that there were a rowdy group of drunks carrying on during a concert, and I felt that the staff could have done more/something to control them a bit. I'm all for having a good time, but STFU when the singing starts! read more

Hmmm . . . I am surprised I had not written a review yet. The theatre is gorgeous! Absolutely fabulous. The seats are comfortable, the sight lines are good, and one feels pleased at events here. There is no parking. The lobby has an odd feel to it. Other than that, the place is remarkable. If you ever can have a tour of the facility, take it. The stage, dressing rooms, green room, etc. are neat to see. The events at the theatre have been a mixed bag thus far. The resident Off Broad Street Players are good. They run a summer camp for children, that my daughter loves! The professional musicians that have come through have been a lot of indy and/or has-beens. There have been a pretty good crop of comedians. A small town could not ask for a nicer looking theatre. read more

Les Miserable I've seen a dozen or more events at this theater: each one is better than the last. If you haven't been, check out the website and catch their varied list of events. On parking, there's free municipal parking for 50+ vehicles within a one block radius. Building is gorgeous, the sounds incredible and ticket prices reasonable. Love the theatre, it's beautiful. Giving two stars for their customer service and lack of caring after a set of (drunk) guests created a disturbance and they did nothing about it. Why did I pay out the wazoo for premium seats when drunk patrons are going to stand in the aisle and right in front of me so I can't even see? Verbally accosting the band and patrons and being a general nuisance and no one did anything even after we complained. read more

I love this venue and should really check their event calendar more often! Easy to find in downtown Millville, and parking off street or nearby in a rear lot about a block's walk from the front doors. Did I mention the parking is FREE? I've seen musicals and concerts and you just can't get a bad seat! The snacks are a little pricey and limited; but nice to have something to munch on! The second floor has a space with tables and the restrooms are very clean. If you want to go out before or after the show there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. My last show was Shreck with my two great-nieces. They love it! Off Broad Street Players are very good. Enjoy their performances! read more

I visited the Levoy yesterday to see Alfie Boe in concert. What a great little venue! It is clean, gorgeous, and has the friendliest staff on the planet. The acoustics are solid and there isn't a bad seat in the house. read more

FYI: Monday, Jan. 3rd, the renovation project for the Levoy Theater took a dramatic turn. The entire empty building shell came crashing down. Luckily no one was hurt. The project is still slated to continue, but the timing has not been discussed in the local media. There was (reportedly) sufficient insurance on the project, so it is still slated for completion sometime in the future. The live performance group, The Off Broad Street Players, who had planned on moving into the theater the summer of 2011, are still active in the area ( www.obsp.org ) and still plan on being a part of the Levoy, when it finally is completed. read more

I bought tickets to see Ted Daniels do standup tonight 6/5/2015. I get there and sit through the entire show and he never got on stage!!! Don't advertise on your website that someone is going to be performing and then remove them from the show! I got stuck watching Artie Lange do the same standup he has been doing since when he was on the Stern Show! I couldn't be more disappointed with my night! I overpaid big time for the tickets as well! I would like someone to reach out to me to explain the false advertising! This is completely unacceptable! read more

This venue has a whole lot going for it. Not a bad seat in the house and excellent acoustics. I've been there for a film, a play, a couple of concerts and even a mentalist. The new Levoy is a jewel in downtown Millville. Tickets are right-priced! read more
