He waited several months after the appointment until it was close to surgery only to let me know that unless I had several visits exclusively with him for therapy, he said he would not write the evaluation as the insurance company does not pay him enough for one visit to compensate his time to write the necessary report. Stay as far away as you can from this guy as possible. He will waste your time and money with no shame. If you need services from a psychological professional, seek help elsewhere! He is only out to exploit bariatric patients for unnecessary therapy and hold them up on their procedures with his bait and switch tactic.
