First off, the drinks both taste and look great! We got so many compliments from all of our guests throughout the night. 2. The team, from planning to execution, were so sweet, helpful and very quick to respond! We had SO many little things that we wanted for our event, like green tea shots (which they didn't count towards our drink menu options), and a personalized drink menu... and various changes afterwards, etc. Like I am probably their most difficult client but they were always so professional and accommodating. 3. On the day of the event, they were on time, and they were so kind too all of the guests. We have so many people that took videos with them to capture all the fun moments! 4. They are CRAZY affordable! Seriously, compared to all the other vendors, I don't know how they do it! Granted we opted to shop for our own supplies, but even if we had them shop for it, it would have been about the same in cost. He was to bring napkins and straws as part of the service. He didn't have that. He had none of the setup that any bartender brings with them not even a hand towel or a rubber mat to pour over. We paid extra for 100lbs of ice. He had no ice and said his manager didn't tell him about it. So he left and got 60lbs of ice, but no napkins or straws. He got back after guests had already started arriving. Also, we were to include the tip in the fee to the company so the bartender would not put out a tip jar! He didn't, but he had a big laminated placard with his Venmo and Zelle! Not cool as we asked for that NOT to happen and did not want our guests feeling like they were shamed into tipping. Now, I am getting non-stop emails and phone calls asking for me to pay their bill at full price including a 20% tip. Lastly, the guy was not a "babe" though he did have long hair. So beyond the awful company there is definitely false advertising. Overall, was not a good experience at all. Spend your money with a different company. Next time, I will! ================ I sent them this feedback directly and this is there response. Again, more reason to find another service provider. Keep in mind we asked/booked 4 hours and received 3 hours of service. "We do not offer discounts as you are billed for 5 hours and that's what you received. If you're unhappy don't book in the future which is your choice . We will sue you for the full amount of $210 owed to the company. That is final."
