Waited and waited, rang the little bell, no one ever showed up. We literally could have robbed the store blind, finally, after continuing to ding the little bell over and over again, a sullen teenage girl walked up to the counter and started to ring up my items. I asked her if she could recommend anything for dog skin allergies, she said " I dunno". Ok, so much for this place being a specialty pet store. All and all I do like that they are in town. I have no idea how good the grooming dept is since I have a great groomer elsewhere. This is the ONLY place that we took him for grooming during that time so we're sure that this is where the infection came from. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of service that we received from their grooming services. They lack any screening process for sick animals who can come in contact with your loved ones. We will definitely NOT use their services again or patronize their store.

There were 5 safes on the floor and two of them were Winchesters. There were no others in the back. After looking at a larger Winchester safe, we decided on the larger one because it also was on sale. The check out clerk had to call someone to open the safe. This person was not a warm person.
