Dr. Becky Frank's love of animals shows in everything she does. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. My concern: I didn't see the doctor of the day of the surgery but was reassured that I would visit with her on the followup appointment. That followup was a hectic day for the clinic and I was unable to visit with her so I rescheduled. Alas, today no excuses at this second followup but the nurse was there to address my concerns which she did do a good job. It is frustrating to not directly visit with the doctor which I again requested should have happened on my pet's followup to the followup! When I walked in to see where Bones would be spending his days away from home, I couldn't believe it! Every cat has there own huge space to stay and a window all their own!
