He knew exactly how to handle things, worked really well with the seller's attorney and kept me posted every step of the way. I also was able to get exactly what was agreed upon initially (despite the insane upgrade requests) without having to kill the deal- which I had little hope for, but Richard reassured me would work out. There were no hidden or extra fees (and I thought his fees were very reasonable). Also, I asked for him to quote me a maximum, because I just wanted an idea of worst case scenario...and all his scenarios and fees made sense and he stuck to them. I called him a lot and he was always there to talk to me, personally. Yes,you read correctly: personally. I'm still shocked at how much attention I got. He's a great mix of intelligent and down-to-earth. I will definitely use him moving forward and feel more confident about pursuing property interests knowing I can turn to him.
