It has always been difficult to reach anyone in the office. At one time I could not reach him for months I called the office manager to reach someone! He was furious. Told me over and over I had called his wife. Before that he had moved his office from MPLS to current office and didn't contact me. I didn't have all my files. I learned after that to try and have a copy of EVERYTHING. I was stuck at that point my case was in the middle and he left his office with no way to find him. I had referred a friend to his firm the attorney she got stole most of her money from her settlement. She has since passed away. Never got any of it back. He sent in an attorney I didn't know to my last deposition. They asked questions that should have been Objected to but the attorney didn't say a word. At one time. court canceled my court date & he forgot to tell me. He told me to call the court myself to check if things are canceled. When I later used that number to check he told my NEW ATTORNEY I was checking on him for everything. She retaliated later. My last law suit should have taken about 8 months but because he didn't file or get the right documents from my Dr. It became four years. I had to get another attorney. He shared personal information with my new attorney. She held it against me. I asked him for help with my social security because every attorney I asked to represent me declined. Attorneys don't take over cases! They said my last attorney should do it. I lost the cast because I didn't have representation.He tried to settle my case for a minute amount I refused! Once it was solved I gave him a gift when i got my files back it was in the box. Mr.Meuser failed to tell me when you collect Social Security they take amounts away when you get a settlement. He said I should be o.k collecting SS and my retirement. I made about 4 thousand more a month than on s. security I never knew! I continue to have horrible pain and surgeries. I want to tell the truth for others.
