I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

They just came out, did the estimate and sent me the details in an email very quickly. Many other roofing companies failed at even getting to the estimate stage on this one. It's a good barometer to tell if they are going to give you a high pressure sales pitch, if they require you to meet them and they can't give an estimate by email after their inspection. Monarchs Roofing came in at a really good price too. they have a really good reputation in Marysville from what I hear as well. I'll likely be selecting them, but waiting on a couple other estimates to finish first.

We ultimately decided to order the flooring directly through Vlad because the quality was the best for the price! They completed the install in about 4-5 days (over 1200sq ft!).
