This was a disgusting service. Having pre-booked their taxi to pick me up late at night from a venue, I waited TWO HOURS and was effectively left stranded - a female on her own. Despite repeated phone calls to them and assurances a taxi would come - it never did. I ended up having to find a courtesy bus to take me into Coventry city centre and hail a cab from there to get me home. Do Not Use. read more
