First of all, I've had a Burberry Sport black track jacket; I called & spoke with Vonda. She checked out my situation & thoroughly assessed my problem. Upon looking at the jacket she suggested that I leave the jacket & she would remove the lettering that were coming off & suggested a few options on the color of thread to match the border. And she'd email me sample of the pattern proof prior to embroidering right on to the jacket. They're a great bunch of skilled people that care & devote to their customer's needs. As a side note: I called & sent pictures of my problem to Burberry Customer Service- they appreciated my back story but, offered & did nothing for me. They weren't even willing to reimburse me if I took matters to repair my jacket. Truth be told, Vonda & her staff solved my problem & they were a blessing thru this whole ordeal! My pics will prove it. This little establishment brings new life to my otherwise useless waste of time with the "high end" UK brand?! I'm both impressed with the super reasonable price & most of all the care they provided for my sentimental value behind this jacket! I'd recommend Lewisville Lettering & Embroidery to anyone who need repairs on inferior quality & workmanship- especially when you've already paid for the high end price & receive zero customer service!
