Upon looking at the jacket she suggested that I leave the jacket & she would remove the lettering that were coming off & suggested a few options on the color of thread to match the border. And she'd email me sample of the pattern proof prior to embroidering right on to the jacket. They're a great bunch of skilled people that care & devote to their customer's needs. As a side note: I called & sent pictures of my problem to Burberry Customer Service- they appreciated my back story but, offered & did nothing for me. They weren't even willing to reimburse me if I took matters to repair my jacket. Truth be told, Vonda & her staff solved my problem & they were a blessing thru this whole ordeal! My pics will prove it. This little establishment brings new life to my otherwise useless waste of time with the "high end" UK brand?! The poor folks at Hobby Lobby up the street were probably thinking "What are we, chopped liver??" When it did finally open it became apparent why everyone was so eager to shop here. This big, bright new store has everything arts and crafts related that you could want and then some. I won't pretend that I'm creative enough to know what to do with most of the stuff but it's nice to know that it's available should I suddenly feel inspired to take on some kind of craft project. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I actually like self checkouts - as long as they work of course (I'm looking at you Kroger!) And they have plenty here, making it faster and easier to get out the door and get started on your latest venture. If that's not your thing though, I believe there's still at least one human operated register available at all times. Michaels also has a reward program that is worth signing up for if you do a lot of crafting. Even if you don't, it still doesn't hurt to accrue some points that may lead to a discount one day.

San Bay was the one we selected because of (1) their willingness to use our existing electronic files to create their print patterns and stitch programs, (2) the samples the did for us looked amazing, (3) the prices quoted were very reasonable compared to the local competition, and (4) the speed of delivery was flipping amazing. On the final point, most of the competition was saying a 2-week minimum to obtain the finished goods. San Bay was able to deliver in a week. The final product looks really good, even in the intricate detail areas of our logo. We will be a returning customer.

I emailed over to her the requested information and made the 35 minute drive out to highland. About 10 minutes I asked my friend to check my email to see if she responded and she had in fact. I told her I needed the shirt for an event today. She responded "it wont be ready till monday." She didnt call to stop me from driving out, she just sent an email. Once on the phone she said there were other options and the after deciding on one of the others, we are now 5 minutes from the shop, she got off the phone and proceeded to execute the garment. She called us back as we pulled up to the location and said they didnt have any Large white shirts available. Asked if I could bring a shirt in to her and she said that she couldn't do that till Monday because I would need to sign a waiver in case the printing didn't work properly on my shirt. So Very displeased with my experience today. Never had the opportunity to meet Marissa because at each turn there seemed to be a reason she wasn't going to fulfill the order.
