They don't know, but I suffered the death of my oldest this year so having my other kids stranded in a different state was terrifying. I can never express the amount of gratitude I have for their kindness and willingness to watch out for a stranger's kids. They were so honest when I insisted on a replacing a part that really wasn't necessary they let me know and put my mind at ease when they checked it told me why I didn't need to replace it. Then they gave the car a once over and alerted us to an issue that will need to be fixed in the next year or so. My kids are now safely back on the road. my heart is full and I'm so thankful I called them.

So if you chose to use them just know its about 50/50 if you are going to get good service but please be aware that they might tow your car, not tell you when it is fixed, not answer questions or give you estimates then put a lien on it and try to charge you $65 day storage while they hold your car hostage and threaten to sell it. Plus I am not sure they did ANY repairs at all and basically just held my RV and charged me storage and when I called their bluff. HAD MY CAMPER SINCE 2023 Just now getting it back.

My husband and I had to go through AAA and if we…read morehad known that "bubby" was our driver and knew about his 1* service before hand, we would have opted to walk on Interstate 81 walked to the nearest exit and paid to stay put until we could figure something else out. First Bubby was okay. He answered the phone and kept us up to date. One phone call consisted of him letting us know that a hydraulic hose on his tow truck went out so he had another guy pick us up in a roll back. This dude wasn't bad but he straight up told us he didn't like his job. We met bubby at a Hardee's parking lot where they exchanged the vehicle (picture added) like a human centipede instead of properly taking it off one tow to put it on the other. Fine, whatever, they did it safely and the car wasn't hurt. But then we realized that we were in bubby's personal truck (smelled like an ashtray). The dude never introduced himself properly and then we had to stop at an Exxon so he could get gas and a pack of cigarettes for himself. This dude was obnoxious the whole ride. He got lippy with my husband just for answering a question, he kept asking why we were getting dropped off where we said we wanted to go, instead of going the whole way back to PA (we only had 200 miles free on AAA and set up a friend to finish our tow to his shop in Harrisonburg to help fix the car - not this was any of bubbys business but we explained), he smoked with the windows up, he texted while driving, called on his phone, tried to write a note while driving, swerved and bitched the whole ride. Finally we get close (3 hours later) and then told us two miles from our destination that we were already 10 miles over the 200 limit and were going to owe him more money ($4 a mile). We said we wanted to call AAA because we had it worked out that it was under the mileage owed. He immediately became defensive. We asked to see the trip speedometer and he said "I know when we started and my speedometer is correct." We weren't arguing back. We just wanted to confirm, and see where the miscommunication was. After he got heated he called AAA (while we were on hold with them) and told them we were trying to scam them and use them twice (by calling the next day- WHICH WE DIDNT) then said we just didn't want to pay. At this point I wanted to tell AAA about his shitty service and his attitude so others can be aware. Finally when he got off the phone with them (we were still on hold). He told me to get rid of the pictures of his equipment on my phone or he would call the state police. Luckily my brother in law is a state trooper and I confirmed that was false, he couldn't do shit. But I said I did so he would go. We told AAA about our hell trip and are laughing about it now. But this guy should NOT be in the service industry.

We got the truck there. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the part and perform the needed repair within about 4 hours. We were planning to head home the next day so they assured us that they would have it fixed for us in a timely manner. They were pleasant, professional, and courteous. They put our mind at ease. What a lifesaver. We highly recommend these guys!!!
