He had the signs, glasses, hats, boas, he had it all. We honestly could have used a lot more I just didn't want to take up any more time because we took a few different shots. He didn't rush us through the pictures. The sun was bright and it was a little hard to see the screen so he helped position us correctly. Even the frame on his picture is cute. He's definitely worth checking out for events. He even provided us with a flyer for a fiesta gift pack when you tag him in your picture.

What made matters worse is that they do not accept walk-ins, which would be fine if they were actually responsive. I called three separate times and not a single call was answered. No callback, no communication, nothing. Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had no choice but to go there in person just to ask about appointment availability--only to be told they don't take walk-ins. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable. If you expect people to schedule ahead, the least you can do is answer your phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience to deal with the hassle.

Also, I understood that the salon was located downtown and how I would have to pay for parking because of it, however, I had even asked via text message if they recommended a place to park which they were helpful in sending a picture of one and with it showing their side door for me to enter on the weekend. However, when I got up to the salon, they had asked me for my license plate information to cover or waive the parking expense. Unfortunately, this information wasn't relayed to me in advance that they would be covering the parking expense and the parking lot states you have to pay when you park and when I told her I had already paid for it nobody told me anything even when I asked ahead where to park, Lili's response was "oh well next time." It would have been nice to save the $21.56 that I had spent for 2 hours of parking. Again, super appreciative that they even offer this it's just nice that if it is offered that the information is relayed so I could have appreciated/benefited from it as well.

He posted his price detail on the website using ambiguous word to mislead us to choose him. According to our experience, he charged us ten times higher than the other photographer with the same or higher photo shooting skills than him. He charged us $380 for 20 edited pictures. He made all my family member including my 12 months little old son exposed under the super hot and strong sunshine for almost three hours. He shoot 167 photos for us. Besides the 20 pictures he gave us the original size. All the other 147 pictures he shot, he resized to a very small size pictures which is 1000x 788 pixie with a size average at 300k. He claimed we will never give those original size back for those 147 pictures unless we paid $25 for each picture. That means we need to pay him more than $4000 to get our pictures back. Also, those 20 pictures he edited for us which showed he did the job very carelessly. The pictures he edited for us make us feel that he just focused on getting the money from customer then he just provided terrible and ugly pictures. He never provided us the invoice and receipt. He requested us send him the money directly to his bank account. We have big concern if Wild Horse Photography馬烈攝影 is a legally register company at San Antonio TX. He never provided us the contract and showed us how he would charge us and listed the item for his charging. We strongly feel he did his business in a illegal way. Another very important thing need to mentioned, he raised our un satisfaction by posting tremendous the pictures he shoot for his Mexican wife, kid and his Mexican wife's nephew and nice to mislead customer. Those pictures he spent tremendous time on it to edit. BUT THOSE PICTURES IS NOT SHOOTING FOR HIS CUSTOMER. He make us fell like he just use those pictures to show he has talent to provide good picture. However, after we hired him. We realized the quality of the picture he edited is much much worse than the pictures he post on his website. After we look at the pictures he provided to us, we realiased that he is not an honest photographer at all. We wish we never hire him to take picture for us. The photographer name Ma Lie used 80% of the picutuers shooting for his Mexican family members to marketing his business. He spent tremendous time to beautifying those pictures but not for regular customers. I got terribly pictures edited by him. He just adjusting brightness and did some very basic editing and send me those very unsatisified pics. 2, Ma Lie did not provide ANY CONTRACT to list the quality, nunmber of the pictures and deadline to submit his works . He asked for FULL CASH payment upfront by paybal and did not provide invoice and receipt later on. In another words, you'd bettet pray he will do a good job for you. You will not have any basic protection for doing business with him. 3, Ma Lie disappeared for two weeks and delayed to send us the pictures back as he promised on his website which is all the pictures will be delievered in one month after shooting. If you need a picture for some special event such weeding, ceremany. Be very careful! Again, pray for yourself to get ur pics in a reasonable timefram. In one word, even the phtographer can shoot good pictures. But if he does not care his customers and does not want to use his skills. You are screwed by wasting ur time and money with horrible result. He delievered me ugly and low quality pictures and even disappear for couple of weeks.
