I had an appt and errands to run in PoHo AND Ft. Gratiot, and Google took a VERY creative route from Marine City, BUT on the way there, I passed this gem and put a memo in my phone to ck it out on my return drive. I looked around outside and was completely overwhelmed, so I went inside and asked the woman at the. register if there was anybody that could help me. In less than 2 minutes #JenTheGardenGem showed up. She stayed with me for 30+ min, listening to what I was trying to "do" as we walked between the rows of perennials. Everything was clearly marked and priced, making it so easy for shoppers. Obviously, customer service was top notch! While she were helping me, Jen got calls from other personnel inside the store at least 3X and she was able to help them with what they wanted, without skipping a beat. I never felt rushed. They have a cabin where you can buy refreshments like cocoa and marshmallow snowmen, and they sell other things like ornaments and decorations. It's always better to cut down your REAL tree, than get it from a lot. These trees stay so fresh, that you actually feel sad putting it to the curb after Christmas.
