The lady working didn't know what it was and asked me. Succulents aren't that uncommon of a plant. She worked there and didn't know what it was. I was embarrassed for her. If you go into their greenhouse a employee gives you a slip of paper with the price of your plant. That's why she need to know what it was so she could put the price and slip. Then you walk over to their building to pay. Seems like they should have someone to check you out at the greenhouse also. And better educated employees.

Gratiot, and Google took a VERY creative route from Marine City, BUT on the way there, I passed this gem and put a memo in my phone to ck it out on my return drive. I looked around outside and was completely overwhelmed, so I went inside and asked the woman at the. register if there was anybody that could help me. In less than 2 minutes #JenTheGardenGem showed up. She stayed with me for 30+ min, listening to what I was trying to "do" as we walked between the rows of perennials. Everything was clearly marked and priced, making it so easy for shoppers. Obviously, customer service was top notch! While she were helping me, Jen got calls from other personnel inside the store at least 3X and she was able to help them with what they wanted, without skipping a beat. I never felt rushed. The staff at Vennix is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good. They have at least 5 large greenhouses packed with gorgeous flowers and such.
