Waiting over 6 weeks on average for proofs and then typical wait time for orders makes it to where 5 seasons of pictures will now arrive after seasons are over. Or the very last week making and changes impossible to me made. Very unprofessional and not respectful or timely service. Claims she has only 4 people and 4 districts maybe one shouldn't take a job if they can't provide timely service.

I really appreciated the fact that he spent time with us before we booked him so everyone would feel confident it was a good fit! He put it best - if he's excited about us and our wedding, the photos will reflect that and same with us - if we're excited about him photographing our wedding, then we'll put our best into it! Stephane and his team were just absolutely lovely. He made sure to get the shots we asked for, but also let us have fun on the big day! I've seen too many couples throughout the years who get dragged out of fun dancing for photos and he was so mindful to let us have our fun and pull us away only for a second when we weren't actively doing something! Multiple family members praised how professional, thorough and kind they were throughout the day. What he promised and what were delivered were two very different things. When he was asked to take certain photos that we wanted, such as a few pics of the bridesmaids getting ready, he replied "I'm busy right now", as he continued to take photos of the dessert table. What photos we got were mediocre at best. Thank god we had a few people at the party who we're savvy with a camera. The photos we got from our friends were better than the ones he took by far. The leather bound album that he promised for an extra $1000 dollars never showed up. Instead, he offered up a blown up photo of the two of us mounted on foam that I could probably get at staples for $35 bucks. One can look at the photos that he has posted on yelp and/or his website look great, he obviously has some talent but I feel that if he's not into it, his work is poor. During the wedding he was somewhat unpleasant and obviously didn't want to be there. The bottom line is that we paid this guy thousands of dollars for a CD full of photos that a teenager could do with a Canon Rebel.
