They are definitely some of the most expensive tax professionals on the market being 3-5x more expensive than my prior accountants, but considering poor/nonexistent communication and not responding to my emails and calls is what cost me $8k+ in tax penalties, for me it is worth the premium price (although, I have yet to get first bill from them, so we'll see haha).
