I needed a home built on my land; Choose the LGS builder's, my suggestion is; if you are looking to get a home built and don't want do the traditional home built, try the modular built that meets all the same standard of a stick built home, Their homes are done with care and carefule construction. I feel this organization did a great job and you can trust them to get it done. The value of this product is sufficient, great quality, and has value. I bought one of their smaller homes product, suprisingly it looks big inside. read more

So far, LGS Homes have been outstanding. These guys are very detailed and helpful in purchasing the home. I feel like it was not all on me to make all of the decisions. They are very experienced so use their expertise when purchasing your home. read more
