Next, I received the forms that I needed to complete for her to handle my property. After the paperwork was completed, Sue went to work. She contacted my tenants (after I let them know that she would be calling) to arrange for a walk through. Sue made recommendations to me regarding items that should be addressed to make the property more attractive to potential renters. Next she contacted service people for me to get estimates. If she received an estimate that she thought was out of line, she made additional contacts. The most important thing to me is that she found a qualified tenant to rent my property very quickly.
