I reluctantly write this review, but I have been pushed too far and feel I have no choice but to let others know about my experience. I have used LH for a various number of services and have spent thousands of dollars with them. The last appointment I went in for was Brazilian laser hair removal. I had previously gone to them for laser hair removal from the waist down without any issue - unfortunately, they let my previous technician go, and I was scheduled with a new APN named Madison who had less than 1-year of experience. I like to think I have a high pain tolerance, but this treatment was so unbearable I was flinching so hard my back was coming up off the table, and I was in an extreme amount of pain that the APN ignored. The APN also increased the power of the laser even though I had not been coming in frequently enough to warrant an increase. By the next day I had multiple open burn wounds in an EXTREMELY private area, to the point where I could not wear anything but sweatpants. I called the next day to see what I should do, and the manager Bri told me I needed to email in photos to her of my labia (WHAT?!) and when I told her I didn't feel comfortable emailing photos, she made innuendos of me lying and needing to prove to them if I was going to say their spa burned me. I eventually got on the phone with Megan an APN, and told her I would drive right there to show her, she said it was unnecessary and to wait until a few days later. She then helped me to get burn cream (Biafine). They then wanted me to come in a 3rd time to show the APN who performed the treatment, Madison, photos to prove the burns - she simply looked at the photos of my labia and said "Yes, that is indeed a burn" and her focus was making attempts at finding out if I would be using them for further treatments instead of caring about what I was going through. She never said I needed to physically show the burn instead of photos. At this point, I have had to take off from work, put the Biafine cream on every hour for over a week, taken time out of my day to drive there and visit 3 times, and still nobody offered any sort of refund/partial refund. I proceeded to call them again to relay how unfair I believe I have been treated to give them a chance to make it right and preserve the relationship, and the manager Brianna told me the owner of the spa would only offer to give me another complimentary Brazilian laser hair removal treatment. How does that seem fair?! To put me through another treatment with an APN that had already been responsible for giving me multiple 2nd degree burns and an ineffective laser treatment. As the customer whose body was damaged, I should be the one to choose what I would be comfortable to use a credit from them on. Beyond that, I have NEVER spoken to someone as rude and unempathetic as the manager Brianna. The fact that they keep someone on staff at a medical spa that speaks to their customers with such attitude is a decision I cannot understand. Regarding my healing, I am hoping there is no loss in color pigmentation or scarring, and I am praying I heal properly from this awful experience. If at any point someone simply apologized and refunded me, I would have been understanding and tried to work with them so I could continue to use them for less invasive treatments or use a more experienced APN, however this whole experience has been extremely scary and majorly insulting. I have done EVERYTHING they asked of me and still, they refuse to care. I will no longer be able to go to them for any services, as I can't knowingly continue to visit a spa that would confidently stand by a treatment and APN that left their customer paying for 2nd degree burns. We should be able to trust the estheticians and nurses to take care of us and our bodies, to trust them to tell the truth about what has happened, and now I unfortunately know we can NOT trust LH Spa to take care of us the way a high-end medical spa should. PLEASE beware, and only use experienced technicians and a spa that cares about the pain and trauma they could potentially cause their customers. read more

Love this place! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and very clean. I go to Emily for diamond hydrafacials and she is the BEST- my skin glows afterwards and I've noticed an overall improvement in my skin. They offer packages which end up saving you 20% off of 3 treatments so they're definitely worth it. They carry great lines of product and give recommendations but are never pushy about purchasing. I came to LH SPA for the first time maybe five years ago around Halloween and they were having a party and serving alcohol and I had a few drinks and they talked me into getting Resatylane, Juvéderm, Botox and a package of diamond facials, (I had one of them that same evening) all at once. Although the restylin was completely unnecessary with someone who has a full face such as myself, I was happy with the other results so I returned about five years later. The professional Asthetician and I use that word lightly because she was far from professional Clay or whatever her name was, talked me out of getting the same lip filler that I was so happy with the first time and was bullying me by saying you don't want duck lips now do you??? She just kept repeating that to me over and over and bullying me into agreeing with her because anything else that I would want to do would be against her opinion, and ultimately the only service she agreed to was what would be provided. So I go with her opinion, and I was disappointed after one month my lips were nearly deflated. The product was subpar and nowhere near as good as the initial type of juviderm I had. I will go out on a limb and say that that first type of juviderm I had worked so well that they realize clients won't come back as often if they kept using it, so they talk you into using a subpar product that dissipates after a month, so I call them and they asked me to send them pictures of where I thought they could improve the treatment and they looked at the pictures. Agreed and had me come in. I drive 45 minutes out to Madison just for them to take some pictures and say guess what we don't agree with you and we're not gonna do anything for you and I said what??? You had me come all the way out here to tell me there's nothing you can do for me in person?? what if I offered to pay for more filler and they said no we're not doing absolutely anything for you. This is all we're willing to do and if you don't like it, the owner authorized us to dissolve the lip filler for you. $650 later and your only option is to deflate my lips poor service, not willing to negotiate, unwilling to compromise, Flippant attitude, obnoxious snotty, Asthetician , Clay who I wouldn't trust with my worst enemies lips. To top it all off her and the "manager" were laughing at me as I walked out of the office. Completely unprofessional clown college BS. If you take your face seriously do not go here. If you're unhappy with whatever service THEY DECIDE IS BEST FOR YOU...you're out of luck. I don't know what kind of business they're running, but the current "office manager" is going to run it right into the ground for them. read more

Got a lash lift & tint done with Natalia! I love how my lashes looked at the end & I already have my next appointment scheduled! Some other employee was observing so Natalia was explaining the lash lift process & hearing her made me feel confident that she'd make my lashes look great. They did have some side convos while waiting in between steps & some people might not like that as it may ruin their relaxation. But to be fair, Natalia did ask if they were bothering me, but I didn't mind as it filled the awkward silence. The location is cute & I didn't have any difficulty finding parking out front. The LH experience is like no other in North Jersey! Having been to both locations, Madison and Livingston, I can honestly say there is no where else I would trust for facials, Botox and Laser. Clai is amazing and I highly recommend her and trust her with my skincare needs. The front desk is warm, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable upon arrival. LH Spa and Rejuvenation is just that...a beautiful place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate! Several months ago, I had been to the Livingston location for a hydrafacial with dermaplaning, both spectacular skin treatments. I also found the atmosphere to be warm and friendly, so I decided to try another treatment. This time I met with Suzette, the owner, in her Madison location and she was just fabulous and very professional! The Spa was spectacular, and she was just so sweet and very thorough. I had so many questions and she took the time to explain everything and really answer all of them. I was very happy with her. She is a sweetheart! I WILL be back for more...:) There are so many treatments available - waxing, eyebrows, lashes, IV's, and of course all the types of skincare...it's all very exciting. I had an appointment today at 9:30. I confirmed my appointment because I had every intention on attending, unfortunately life happens and my son woke up sick today and had to stay home. I was waiting for 9:30 to call and cancel being they open at that time but forgot about it (wasn't aware I could leave a voicemail). Called at 9:40 instead. The girl on the phone had no room to accommodate me. Simply "our policy is strict and I have to take one treatment off your package". I understand the policy is in place for a reason, but I didn't purposely wake up and decided to waste their time and not attend my appointment. I wish the customer service was better. Sadly that was my last treatment left and I will not be purchasing anymore. While I did enjoy the other treatments I had, the lack of understanding and customer service was not ok. Amazing experience! I had the hydrafacial and added dermaplaning and my skin has never felt so smooth, it was glowing! Yadeira was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable and explained all the steps that were taking place. Suzette the owner is super sweet and staff very professional!
