I asked her if I was calling a business because she answered the phone as you would as a residential customer. Even though her mouth was full she responded with we open at 9:00 and hung up. That was my first impression and I should have listened to my gut because it only got worse. Even though I filled out all the long paperwork for the first appointment which was several pages long, the doctor demanded that I fill out all those papers all over again. The thing is, nine of my fingers are triggering and they have finger braces on them which should be obvious to anyone that I cannot handwrite at the moment. And I shouldn't have to redo on paper all the pages and pages of information that I already spent a long time filling out online. This place also spammed me with at least two notifications per day from the day I made the appointment until the day of the appointment every single day I would get at least two notifications reminding me of that appointment. On the day of the appointment at 9:00 a.m. by that time of day I had received three notifications reminding me of that appointment. That's spam and I did report it to the doctor but he just dismissed me. In fact he dismissed everything I told him about. His handshake as if he has Parkinson's and he continuously licks his fingers before he turns a page which made me feel uncomfortable about the sanitation in that office. His hands were shaking so hard that there is no way I would trust him with a needle. I had a bad feeling about this place before today and well, this is my experience.
