I was told that the colon hygienist is suppose to assist you through the first session and also, show you (if you'd like) the contents emptied in the end as part of the analysis. None of that was asked. 3) colon hygienist/ manager was not friendly from the beginning, no welcoming first time welcome, no thorough explanation. Not a relaxing atmosphere and Deborah is certainly not a calm individual. The entire time she was on edge and i had to ask myself numerous times why is she yelling at me?. First time experience at this location was horrible. No. i will not return. I will return to the manhattan location.

I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga. I recommend doing a class of hot yoga and getting cleansed after. You will feel amazing and a lot of toxins will go out. They have 2 other locations which are in Garden City, and now NJ. It was impossible to relax in any of the pools available because there were children jumping and screaming and climbing and splashing water all over everyone. The only lifeguard on duty during the afternoon was on his phone giggling THE WHOLE TIME, even when kids were diving in a pool literally 2 feet deep. What I also did not expect was having to wait 40 minutes in line for a drink. There was only one person doing the drink, and then another one coming back and forth from what I found out to be the kitchen upstairs. Counting the people INSIDE the kitchen, cooking, there were a total of 5 people doing food and drinks during a fully booked day at lunch time. Also wasn't prepared to spend $26 + gratuity + tax for a drink (they automatically charge gratuity and then ask if you want to leave a tip lol) ON THE BRIGHT SIDE the place was clean and well kept, even the bathrooms were perfectly clean. Yes, a few hair here and there, but it was expected. The saunas were good and they had a good variety. I don't know if I'll come back during a weekend or festivity, $110pp seems a lot to not being able to relax.

The pool with the view of the construction across the street and then the water was beautiful. Just really have to ignore the construction site, but where else you going to get a pretty view of the NYC skyline, wading in a pool on some upper floor? When we had our fill, we went to check out the other sections. The outdoor garden pool area was cool. I liked the different types of heated water and the nice waterfall. Still crowded. Went upstairs to the different saunas - they were really nice! My favorite was the K-body scrub. For 30 minutes, it was $75, which was totally worth it! All other places I've been to, made you do it for an hour with all this other foo-foo stuff and I loved that this K-body scrub was just a K-body scrub! Oh the feel of cleanliness! The food court area had really good food! Although overcrowded, it was well organized and thought out with how they serviced. (I've been to worse spas). We went to the quiet area to catch a nap before our 4 hour drive. People do NOT know how to be quiet in a quiet area and they had attendants shushing people but that didn't really do much. There was a cool Japanese sand experience that you can see from the food court window, watching all these people get buried under the black sand for treatment. Maybe I would try on a future visit. The infinity pool on the rooftop was beautiful. But once again crowded with people who were trying to get a break from the city. Young people who wanted a social place to eat, drink, hang out and get a tan while wading in the pool with the beautiful skyline of NYC. Yes, I would definitely go back even though it was so crowded. It was a great experience. I would have given 5 stars if not for how annoyed I was with people. I really enjoyed the esthetics of the place, the food, and the bath house inside with the hot tub and cold plunge. My favorite is still the K-body scrub. If I'm in that area again, I would definitely give it another go.

Location for me is everything cuz I'm a creature of convenience, so having this place within walking distance of my work place (where I accumulate so much sh...stuff to begin with) is clutch! The place is CLEAN which can go without saying, but is absolutely the bare minimum of what is needed from a place collecting our most unmentionables (I can't help myself). A very friendly attendant/nurse? helps you to your room, and are standing before the Poop Collector, a massive system that's gonna fill you up so you can empty out (I can't stop laughing). Anyhoo, she explained that I'd be flying this poop mobile solo, which, EVERYONE wants to do...do. She talked through that first push and I was so happy to see her leave the room. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne. Not gonna lie, after you get past the butt plug, water guts, and pool of your own soup that your butt is sitting in, it's a really good feeling. She comes back to explain that you gonna pop off the probe and then release them innards until you feel empty, the rinse off with a hose (that if you aren't careful can wet up the whole room) before baby wiping and getting dressed. I felt so cared for and decided that I would get the 4 pack cuz this gut is my main priority. In other words, clean your butt system here. You (and whoever is holding your sheets down at night) will appreciate it!

The room was beautifully set up when we arrived. The tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop decorations were all arranged perfectly and looked fantastic. Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event.
