Date of Visit: 14 November 2015. This was my first and only visit. I came here with a couple of friends that are from the area. This place is a stationary boat that is divided into three main areas for dancing, dining and an outdoor dining area on the top deck. The location is right in the city centre on the Tiber River. There was an entrance fee of about 10 euros that night, possibly because there was a band playing. We ended up grabbing a seating area inside the dancing area. The dance section is relatively tiny, but then again it is a small boat. The restaurant and the dancing area is separated by two doors, so the noise is not too loud when dining inside the restaurant section.
They have an assortment of food, but I was only able to try their fries and tiramisu. I absolutely loved the tiramisu! It was so moist and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The band that played was interesting as well, I do not quite remember the genre they played but it was not really my taste in music. However, it was upbeat and quite energetic. This place consisted of a wide age group that ranged from young adults to the older crowds.
Overall, this place is a nice little gem. It is an interesting place to check out if you are in the area. I am assuming that the 10 euro fee was because of the band night, but I could be wrong. The vibes of this place is pretty fun, especially with the fact that this is all happening on a boat. But most of all, the tiramisu is something that will bring me back to this place in the future. read more
