The sales force was very good but their installers were terrible. The kitchen counter top was not…read moreinstalled square. We forever have to live with a uneven edge. They installed side pieces in the bathroom and we did not want that. I had take them out and had to fix the wall that was damaged when they glued these pieces in. The back splash in the kitchen was installed by using small pieces of cardboard and paper to separate the tiles! I was told by the owner that is how they keep tiles separate! Seriously??? Using torn pieces of cardboard???? They grouted the back splash the same day they installed the back splash tiles. As the grout was pressed in, the tiles moved as the cement was still wet. An since the little pieces of cardboard were removed prior to the grout being installed, the tiles moved as well. Do not use this company!!!!! Find someone else!!!!

As we look back now, having worked closely with Lori during the last 21 months, we are very grateful because she truly helped us create the house of our dreams! We go to Lori with EVERYTHING related to our property - from design plans to City permitting to structural work (wall removal, foundation repair, pouring concrete slab) to mechanical work (plumbing, electrical, air conditioning/heating) to insulation, sheetrock, interior finishes (tile, flooring, fixtures) to exterior (stucco, drainage, wood decks) - basically ANY aspect of the home design and construction process. Lori has been doing this for 25+ years, and has gained tremendous experience and know-how, as well as relationships with a number of competent and cost-competitive subcontractors. In addition, post-construction phase, Lori is a wonderful resource when it comes to furniture selection, design/construction or procurement, and even repair! What we love about Lori is how down-to-earth she is, and how she is not afraid to do things herself and get "hands-on" to understand what is needed. One day, I found her in our bathroom on a high ladder, using a razor blade to scrape off glass glue from our wall tile. We have countless examples like this. I will also add that we have never felt pressure from Lori to spend more nor do anything more than we wanted to do. That said, since we love everything that Lori does for us, we keep thinking about more projects that we want to continue working with her on! Excellent company! This was a major project they did for me. The existing wood floor had to be…read moreremoved and was replaced with tile. The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible. The construction, carpentry, tile, plumbing, everything was performed at the highest level of excellence. And everyone was a dream to work with. They can do ANYTHING! Perfectly! I wish that I could have my entire home remodeled by Flooring Express and Remodeling! Everything looks so beautiful - I am so happy I cried over it.
