Ricky is a sweet heart he had good customer service. What I didn't like at all was the fact that I was charged for $99 for delivery when I literally live 3.5miles away and they wanted to charge an additional $60 to fix the bed room set I purchased. I spent over $2900 dollars and they were still asking for money, they just money hungry and don't really care about people and what we're going through right now but it's whatever. What goes around comes around. And you gonna charge me $99 for a 3.5 mile when y'all supposedly charge $149 for 10 miles and I'm not even 5miles away and get charged $99 and wanted an additional $60 to fix the bed and stuff. I was devastated by Harvey. Had to replace everything in my home. I had a small budget but they worked with me to get me everything I needed and more. I couldn't believe it. The other place wanted almost double my budget for half the stuff! They came on time, set everything up, took the trash, even called me after to ask how everything was. They are awesome! Really liked the service we got here, from the person that helped us to pick the mattress, to discussing pricing options with the manager to the delivery. This will be a short but accurate review. The customer service is horrible and lacking. I interacted with a woman at the store around 10:30 a.m during the week. I am not sure her position but it does not matter because I will not be coming back at all. Although the showroom is small, she got up once from her seat to show an item. Also, most of the furniture is unavailable or you have to look on a computer screen to search. I can do this at home. This is not a furniture store this is storage location with limited inventory. The one star is only because a star is required. Please go to another furniture store. If management replies, please save the text book response of "sorry and blah blah blah". Avoid this place if possible. I initially went here because it is close to my house and there were two great reviews here on yelp. My visit on Monday went great and I was relieved that I was able to order a new bunk bed for my boys. I was told by Auora (spelling) that I would get my order this week (within 2-3 business days-which means Wednesday or Thursday) I received a call from her on Wednesday saying I needed to pay in order for them to place my order. At this point I was confused and annoyed. She said there was an error on HER part and she "meant to take my payment while I was there and didn't". My first thought at this point was if I was still going to get the bed this week like she said on Monday. Mind you..... " I really needed the bed this week since I have guests coming in town"!!! She tells me YES I will still get it this week (LIED) She then proceeded to tell me I could pay $100 over the phone and then bring the rest to the store in cash. I told her it wasn't a problem with paying in full and I can take care of the payment in full right now over the phone. She tells me I received a cash price so I needed to pay cash. I told her I'm not paying in cash and will be using my card. She then tells me that it will be an additional $55ish to use my card. I hen let her know that I will look around and find the bed cheaper and if I can't find it then I will call her back. She then let's me know that since I signed the order then I HAVE to come pay either way. This lady has the worst customer service I've seen in quite awhile. I've been working in customer service for over 10 yrs and would never allow anyone in my office to speak to anyone the way she spoke to me. I thought about this while experience overnight and still tried to give this company a chance to redeem theirselves. I called today to see if my bed had arrived and I had planned to just drive over and pay and be done with them but instead of letting me know if it was there or not she starts to ask me about my payment. I let her know again I can pay in full but wanted to know if the bed had arrived. She continuously kelp after me about the payment as if she hadn't already said the same thing over 5 times. I then let her know I was done dealing with her and would rather speak with her manager. She tells me she can call then on 3-way. At this point I'm not sure what she didn't understand about me being done with her. I decline and asked her to have them call me. Point of this whole story is just to say that it really shouldn't be this hard for someone to buy furniture. Especially if they are able to pay in full. You don't blame the customer when you make a mistake and then be rude to them on top of all that. Super super disappointed. read more

I got exactly what I saw online. The quality was great ! I didn't make my decision right away but Ms.A was patient and answered all my questions until I finally decided on what I wanted, quite a few weeks after. They called me a day prior to remind me of the next day delivery. They were very prompt. The time of arrival and the amount of time it would take to set up was well in the given timeframe. The employees who came to deliver and help me assemble were very professional, courteous and friendly. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend my friends and family! read more

This store has helped me tremendously. I recently purchased a new home and didn't think I was going to be able to furnish it very soon due to how expensive it can all cost. I was able to find really high end looking pieces for pretty affordable prices at iFurniture. I have gotten about half of my furniture so far and receiving the rest this week. I am super excited!!
