The appointment felt rushed, and the…read morestylist clearly did not listen to what I wanted, even after I explained and showed reference photos. The final result looked nothing like what we discussed. The cut was uneven, the styling was sloppy, and I left genuinely upset. When I brought up my concerns, the stylist became defensive instead of trying to fix the problem. For how much I paid, this level of service is unacceptable. To make things worse, I overheard multiple stylists talking badly about another coworker and using foul language. It created an uncomfortable, unprofessional, and negative atmosphere. This is not the kind of environment anyone wants to sit in for hours. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
