By the time my dad died a few years ago he was was incredibly disappointed in Ed Jones' Winona office as they had misled him on how safe his investments were. I went to roll my IRA back into my new employers plan and they told me they couldn't make out the check to them (my last IRA made the check out right) and that they would make it out to me instead. They DID NOT tell me they were making a distribution and that they would be sending 10% to the IRS for Federal withholding. They knew it was a rollover and they are either is incompetent to do that or they were doing something illegal as they are supposed to represent me as their financial client and they didn't do as I asked. Don't trust them with your wooden nickels . . ..

Throught these last 2 years, we received bills with no detailed of what we owe. Many times we talked to an assistant and either the messages from the attorney asking for the same info. Remember, every time you call of they call, you are being billed. Upon my MILs death, we we assured there would only be a few more minor charges, like utility bills. Not even close. The final straw? We have received 2 bills and upon our investigation, they had not credited our account for a check sent over a month earlier! Now we we received another bill for brand new unspecified charges. Isn't 2 years and 3 months enough time to ​settle an estate?
