They contacted me, asking me to provide information that would be of assistance to them. I was neither a plaintiff, defendant or otherwise client, more like a witness. The initial request (from their Paralegal Alissa) was quite rudimentary to the point where I almost decided to just ignore it, but in the interests of justice, I took the time honor her request & to write and send the requested information directly to attorney Van Nuland, at a provided email address. I took well-over an hour of my valuable time, to be as informative and accurate as I could be, and neither partner/attorney Margarita Van Nuland, paralegal Alissa, nor anyone else from the law firm could find the time or common-courtesy to respond back with even a simple acknowledgement that they'd received my email, let-alone thanking me for my time. The email never did bounce back to me, so I do assume it was received. I find that abhorrent, disgusting, and very unprofessional for any business, let-alone a business that's supposed to have a belief in ethics. Believing the treatment I received was standard, I think its fair to assume that some people this firm contacts for information rightly ignore the request, and thus the firm operates without an abundance of facts & opinions which may support their clients. Because of that, my opinion is that potential clients should go elsewhere.
