Peter showed us the townhome that came in the market 4 days ago and we made an offered on the next day. They were very dishonest people and seem like they worked for seller more than us, all we asked on negotiation parts, we have never got what we wanted and they sometimes didn't get back to us. They made us very stressful by giving us each of papers work to sign in the last minutes (sale contract, property disclosure document, HOA document) They sent us sell contract that we have to spent a day to make adjustment about 10 times because they are not listening to what we want. For Example: we want 10 days to decide if we need to back out, they put 4 days. Wrong closing date, we asked for $900 home warranty (that may covered 2-3years), they put $500. We asked 90days about flood zone, they left blank which we found out later that they left it blank in purpose because the home is in flood zone (seller agent posted is MLS that it isn't flood zone, but my husband checked on FEMA and it is flood zone) they forwarded email from seller agent saying they have certificate that it is not on flood zone. At that point we asked them to send it to us. We signed contract and they never sent it until a week and it is on flood zone, all of this time they kept it from us, all they said is that "it is flood zone, they would understand if we back out) We checked on FEMA again, it is on flood zone, but not in high rise, so we continue the buying process. They suppose to give us property disclosure doc and HOA to sign at the same time at signing contract, but they gave us property disclosure doc to sign 2 days before home inspection was scheduled and the doc stated that roof was leaking, washer was leak. We had to cancel home inspection until they can find out about the leak from the seller. Here come the closing date. They asked if we want them to come with us, we said we can go alone. We schedule for closing at 11am, 8am in the same morning, they sent us HOA doc to sign which they suppose to give us to sign the same day at signing sale contract weeks ago or it stated in doc that we at lease have 5 days to review before closing date. From 8-11 am they sent 3 signature request, 1 phone call to us. We didn't sign after all of experienced about them being dishonest and last minutes on everything and we mentioned that to them and they still did it again. We were at closing office, Chris (Peter's son) called the office and asked the officer to hand HOA doc for us to sign. They knew at that point, if we don't sign, it won't be complete. So In the middle of closing, Peter walked in and sit with us even we mentioned not to come in. He was being totally unprofessional and horrible attitude, disturbed us in the middle of conversation between us the officer by saying "we can back up" how is it related? We are at closing office and he told us to back up. Came in just because we was worry about his commission if didn't sign and had to act like that after all mistakes they have made? Worst experience!

I gave all my info including address and name and call back number. Around 11 the next day I called again. I gave the woman who answered the phone the listing address and she said "that is an apartment, we are a real estate business" I told her that their name was on the listing. After a few moments of investigation she fwd me to Drew Carlyle, went to voicemail, left a detailed VM w my credit score in income. Didn't hear back. I texted a few hours after. No response. Called the next day, left a voicemail, texted the day after, no response. Sent an email, no response, sent another text, no response. Called the KW Gulf number again. The lady at the front desk was like "well, that's his listing so the front desk wouldn't know why he isn't answering" lol what? He works for you? very very poor communication. To start, I never physically met my realtor, he never attended any viewings with me of the house to show me and/or guide me through the home. At the day of my closing he wasn't there for the final walkthrough. Always had an excuse that something "came up". When it comes to addendums or adjustments, make sure that you get everything in writing and signed on time, demand it gets done as with this realtor you will pass set dates and if the other party doesn't sign on time you will be exposed to whatever they decide. Make sure whatever expectation you have of the home that you put in writing, put it in a text, email, letter, just make sure it's in writing. I had an expectation and a verbal confirmation from the realtor of some appliances to be included with the home purchase, after the purchase it was it never happened. As he explained, if it's not in writing, it never happened. Before you do anything with closing, if you get this far, stand your ground on what you need and want out of your deal. Don't let them pressure to sign if things aren't to your liking or wants. Once you sign closing documents, you are just another sale. No more communication, instead you will get mocked and laughed at for things that you were expecting done, example was the appliances I mentioned above. This realtor laughed and mocked me for not knowing realtor verbiage, when I asked for his manager after he had called me an idiot for thinking appliances were included my deal, he mocked me and said "we don't have managers haha, we have brokers". I also have an ongoing going issue with them as my HOA dues were going to be a certain amount, now they are doubled the cost with different pay dates. The amount was listed in the homes listing online, it was verbally told to me, and now after I've again deal closed, even after getting it wrong, they are not helping. After all this and the unprofessional actions, I'm stuck without things of my deal that I expected, all for entrusting people that didn't have the best in mind for me. No communication at this point from the realtor or broker firm. They be didn't even think to follow up with the sellers agent to pick up there signs and lock box for a week. I had to call myself. Pictures attached. Truly, horrible experience at the mid to end process of sale, and again once I signed, a disappearance act. Never again will I use Keller Williams for any home purchase or sale.
