I made this appointment what feels like forever ago - and 1. he texted me he was on his way 2. arrived almost on the dot during the scheduled window (c'mon, we all know that's a rough arrival time when they have multiple clients, right?) For Justin: he was friendly, he was clear about the options, and communicated everything out as far as "what needs done," "what's in good shape," and "things to keep an eye on." He didn't push upselling, didn't push me to spend an extra $4k on work that wasn't necessary, he gave us all the options to make an informed decision. He explained the processes, the materials used, and didn't try to get overly technical or litter with terminology to make it seem fancier than it is. I felt more educated in just talking with him!
