The folks at Optimus Concrete are nice, however they are the least professional company I have ever experienced. I asked them to remove and replace my sidewalk, they removed and raised it 4 inches which has changed my entire yard. They moved all of the mud and debris into my gravel driveway turning it into a mud hole flowing into my garage. In the middle of pouring the concrete they realized the sidewalk was too high to be able to close my storm door so they made a last minute adjustment, now I have a dip in my sidewalk. My shed doors won't open all the way. There is more but needless to say their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. Almost forgot, they ran out of concrete towards the end and had to order a new batch that started chipping in the first week. I have called dozens of times, texted and emailed with little to no response. I do not recommend Optimus Concrete. read more

If you ever need any type of concrete work, these are the guys to get...period! Professional, efficient, punctual and their work is excellent! I received 4 different quotes, all much higher than Optimus, and most companies could not start the work for 2 months. Optimus gave us the best quote, worked us into their schedule within 2 weeks, arrived exactly when they said, finished our driveway within one day and left everything clean and neat. They did my patio, it looked okay not great, then it rained and they never covered it and it has small dots all over now. They also applied to much sealer and now patio is colored black in spots and darrk grey. They offered me small discount or they said we can tear it up and start over. I said tear it up, that's when they ghosted me, will not return any calls or emails. They tore up my yard and did not fix it, busted my curb out front and cracked several places on driveway. We couldn't be happier with the job Optimus did for us. Communication leading up to the project was a tad slow given how busy they are, but once our project time came the owner was completely accessible for all our last minute questions and wanted to ensure we were 100 percent satisfied. The crew was very polite and stayed right on schedule. The stamped concrete is even more beautiful than we imagined. And the texture makes it non-slippery which is great for kids. These guys are wonderful!! I needed an 8x10 concrete pad poured in the back corner of my backyard to install a vinyl shed upon. They responded quickly to my request and visited my yard where the job was to be completed. I agreed to their very reasonable price and they got the job done a very short amount of time later. Not only was everything about the job explained up front (they provide a "what to expect" sheet), but Adriano also offered to make a ramp at the front of the pad for easier wheeling of lawn tools and the mower, etc! I hadn't even thought of that. It looks great! I have steps that need to be replaced, and I will contact Optimus again! It's a no-brainer! read more

I hired Optimus to pour a concrete patio,I was told a start date and after calling multiple times I was told it would be couple weeks and same thing again.When they finally showed up and set everything up I told them the steps had to be larger because you couldn't even step out on without your foot hanging over.when they finally came out and poured they tour up the yard and I had a front door step out in and it was way too high, not even codes they replaced that it looks terrible I could have done better it's not smooth looks like a cement through up.they applied a sealer to soon and when I asked them about that and brand name they were using I was told they can apply it in 7 days Instead of 3 weeks which is the usual roughly . They wasn't going to fix the yard until I told them I wasn't paying until they did something Which they did.I had a patio put in at our old house by a contractor doing it part time and it looked great.they only speak Spanish which is fine but if you don't you have no idea what they are saying.
