The attendants that are here during the day are friendly and helpful if you ever need help. They greet you upon entering and even make conversation with some that are around. I also felt plenty safe here and there was a nice seating area to wait in. The prices here are fair and they even have a drop-off laundry service if you prefer for very reasonable prices. Their big commercial machines (the ones I use for blankets) are $4.75 per load and the dryers are $0.25 for about 8 minutes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to do laundry in Walla Walla!

HOWEVER over the last few months a lot of small changes have been made and it's impacted my view of this place the prices have been increased what appears to be a few times making it expensive. But the biggest change is the operation of the dryers have always been a bit pricey but because of how well they worked and fast it could be overlooked. But then came the change the dryers now require a minimum of $2.00 to operate and you can clearly tell the heat output has been messed with as they all take 50%+ longer to dryer even on high heat. What use to take 25-30 now takes over 45min to dry and honestly I would rather drive to Kennewick and do laundry at a place that charges half the price. Because spending $15 for laundry per person on average is too much.

Libby showed me how to put money on the card, helped me find machines for my laundry, and helped me get them started. Even though they are working on laundry orders behind the counter, they come out often to help people and sweep, etc. They are always accessible and happy to help customers. The place is very clean and they have everything you might need: restroom, vending machine, etc. Although going to the laundromat is not my favorite thing to do, I feel comfortable and know everything will go well when I go here. Got here about 11:00 a.m. on Thursday and of course the attendant wasn't there and his hours posted…read moreon the door was Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 3:00 I got the phone number off the door and it rang once and went to voicemail so I go get my change to Safeway buy some things for snacks and come back and he's there I go to put my clothes in a double may take washer and they're both those two of them in one row and both of them were full now these clothes were not wet they were dry and smell the mold and musk which tells me the attendant doesn't attend to his customers clothes what if the people but in a car accident or something for them to dry in the washer and smell like molding they had to have been there at least three or four days. So the attendant apparently doesn't check the washer and dryers when the shift is over. I doubt if somebody would have not come back for their clothes to worser falls and they were double loads at that like I mentioned earlier. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE TODAY.
