Didn't realize I made a minor mistake with my routing number. When I called in...the customer service rep was nice but I have been with them for about 15 years now. Never missed a beat. The shitty supervisor wouldn't even wave the reconnection fee all because of a typo. I could see blatently not paying your bill but for an honest mistake!!! Bravo to their supervisor. I'm going to another service now. I felt totally insignificant as a customer of 15 years. There staff was kind but the supervisor is an idiot. Over a typo!!! Well guess what?? Now I'm taking my business else where. They just lost my $720 a year! You're supposed to treat your customers as valued assets. That's what keeps your company alive. I'm taking my $ elsewhere after that experience. $25 to push a button. Ripoff. All for a typo on my submission of my bill which I've never been late on. Never again. They're supervisors need to go back to business school and learn how to treat valued customers.... They clearly don't give a shit about their needs or satisfaction making the customer happy. Shame on you MCTV. Bad business!!!!!

They also helped me turn on the TV and get it completely set up. I was really thankful because now I can instantly watch my TV and don't have to worry about anything- they did it all for me. I purchased the TV through Amazon so the install process was through them, but I think the subcontract the Dish network people. They were also timely and wore little booties! Instead, the atmosphere is more like a hybrid between adult daycare and kindergarten: highly structured, infantilizing, and not especially engaging. For only $5 a month (subsidized by government and private grants) it's not a bad price for the meals and shower access, though you can get better elsewhere. At first glance, ACE seems like a promising space for those seeking mental health support or community. But don't expect warmth or trust. Staff monitor members closely, with an air of suspicion, and interactions often feel controlling or outright hostile. Todd Little, in particular, makes no secret of his strong political and religious biases. If you lean politically center-right or express non-progressive views -- especially if you're male -- expect to be treated accordingly. There's a noticeable double standard: female members are often given leniency, even allowed to nap; men, on the other hand, are reprimanded for as little as closing their eyes or changing into dry shoes after walking in snow. Activities are minimal and rigid. Much of the time is spent sitting silently or being nudged into "therapeutic" group discussions that may feel more performative than helpful. Younger adults -- particularly younger men -- may feel unwelcome or distrusted, as if presumed to be disruptive or unsafe by default. ACE actively discourages members from exchanging phone numbers or social media, undermining the development of actual friendships or community support networks. In short: ACE may offer meals, showers, and laundry -- but beyond basic services, it's a difficult place to truly connect, grow, or heal.
