The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

I contacted them and scheduled a day for them to come out to assess the damage, discuss the rebuild and most importantly help with the insurance claim. David and Jesse came out the same week and were extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the entire process. They showed me pictures, explained next steps and brought ideas that I wasn't even thinking of. Within a few days they began the process of ordering kitchen counters, the countertop and flooring. They provided me with samples and floor plan ideas. Jim, Jesse and David were great at communicating every step of the way and answered questions with care and patience.
