I have responded to you when you have inquired about status by email on several occasions, and informed you that we had multiple trials this Spring in this two-attorney Firm, including two VERY big trials NEXT week, on March 19, 2012. Everyone here at Inserra & Kelley has been working long hours 6-7 days a week most weeks in 2012. Yet, I receive calls from Mr. XXX, and now receive this email below from another party, so I think it is in everyone's best interests if you seek other counsel to handle this claim/lawsuit." He decided to drop the case all together leaving me hanging out to dry instead of calling me to tell me what he has accomplished for the last six months. Think twice before hiring this firm. One of their attorneys representing a client, who owns a…read moremoving company, and has owed me money for years. This firm's attorney violated the Consumer Review Fairness Act when I was sent a 'contract' to sign before I would get money owed to me. The 'contract' specified this would be strictly confidential IF I removed truthful postings on Facebook. Only IF the terms were acceptable to their client and myself would I enter into an agreement for money owed to me. The Consumer Review Fairness Act is a Federal law and their 'contract' clearly violated my rights to post honest remarks on Facebook. To go a step further, since money IS involved, money that is due to me from the owner of the moving company, this is a threat by this firm's attorney and could be seen as extortion. I informed the firm's attorney of the federal law he and his firm violated. I received notice he no longer was at the firm. I was referred to another attorney at the firm. Then a third attorney contacted me with a 'revised contract' to sign. This was revised to keep me from suing the moving company. Removed was all demands to remove any Facebook postings. I have taken this from small claims to District Court. I have spoken to Federal agencies that have informed me the law firm can also be held responsible for violating the Consumer Review Fairness Act when they are representing this client and allowing two of their attorneys to restrict money owed to me unless I sign their 'contracts'. I am filing federal charges against the moving company owner as well as the law firm, Goosmann, representing him. As a disabled senior citizen and cancer survivor beware of hiring this firm. Jan S
