In elder law, it also really helps to have a heart. The person I dealt with at Idaho Estate Planning is Mark Wight who is the president of this firm. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Wight's thoroughness (he briefly quoted law to me rather than giving an opinion about which I was left to wonder how much art and how much science I was hearing), depth of knowledge in his field of specialization plus honesty and heart. He even told me when I could write a certain letter myself! If you have aging parents, get a lawyer YEARS ahead if you can- there is so much more than the drawing up of wills and much needs to be planned for so far in advance.
