In paying for his "expertise" I heard about all his vacations and plans for the next. He spent 3/4 of our hour talking about all his adventures as he watched the clock. He rudely interrupted me attempting to share my concerns of representation, finances, and wasted time. With each meet up and walk to the courthouse I had to reiterate all the facts again. I expressed my frustrations, and that the time I invested in his services had proven to be unproductive thus far. Mr. Swartz did nothing to address my concerns as I went into debt. Consistently he was unable to remember not only small details, but the majority of information to present in my case. In court, Mr. Swartz barely spoke on my behalf, and on rare occasion what he said was neutral at best. The clincher was when my attorney's statements were in complete favor of the other party. Unbelievable! I was overcharged, and had to discontinue his services and represent myself as Mr. Swartz did more damage than good. There was no apology or communications thereafter.
