Recently my sump pump stopped and a small flood was in my basement. I called them to put in a claim and was told, "We aren't giving you anything", even though I am covered for that up to $9,400...which they told me was my limit. They said they would pay the $2,000 to the people who cleaned it up, but if I claimed anything they said they "would come look through my garbage to make sure I threw out what I said I did! I found this to be a little intimidating and insulting. I am now getting the same coverage somewhere else, and for only $45 a month! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NATIONWIDE OR THIS AGENCY! I feel like I was getting ripped off for 3 years. In addition, it was always a struggle to even get ahold of my local agent at this office. Emails usually went unanswered. My fiancée and I were also given false information by this office regarding PIP coverage after a motorcycle accident. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I would advise against using this agent.
