We ended up having to pay a Lyft driver way too much for a 8 mile trip, even though I'm thankful he was there and was a safe driver, etc., and I know these taxi companies are complaining about Lyft and Uber taking their business, but then they don't even seem like they care for your business, or even block you instead of just say we don't have anyone avenue so please try someone else. Basic respectful customer service, even if you can't or don't want to take a customer, really isn't that hard. Didn't feel respected mostly from knowing I got blocked on the first call I made.
