I was absolutely blown away at the poor attitude and service of Max (who said he was the manager)! I called from our company where I am a manager to report one of their drivers who was speeding excessively in our community. I explained we have a posted 10 mph speed limit throughout, as well as children and pets present, and his driving was unsafe. I was simply calling to request that the management speak to the driver to request they be more aware of their surroundings, and drive more safely. I had even taken a picture of the car with the plate number so he could look up who it was in the taxi log. Max's response to me? "Ma'am, we have 10 drivers, so there's no way I could know who he is. I'm sure he wasn't driving too fast. I really don't care about your picture or what you think happened." This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service, especially when the safety of others is at risk. I was very kind and respectful in my request, and when I mentioned reporting to the authorities and BBB, he simply told me to "go ahead". Surely you people aren't that low. read more

Needed a ride to and from CVG for 6 adults and luggage. Larry arrived promptly at our home at 4:30am and was waiting for us at the airport for the return trip. He was courteous and a good driver. The rate was excellent. We will be calling Taxi Maxx instead of other options for all our needs. It is not easy or cheap to find a ride around town for 6 people! read more

I was highly upset by the lack of accommodation from this company. A supposed 24 hr taxi company didn't seem interested in taking my friends and I home late night/early morning. Granted weather may have been an issue but you all just said no. We are trying to be responsible adults and feed money into your company. And the answer is no? Don't tell us it's a half hour wait if you aren't gonna show. Just saying. read more

I've used Taxi Maxx several times to take us from the Northern suburbs to concerts at Riverbend and nights out Downtown. Taxi Maxx is a refreshing alternative to Uber because I know my driver and I can often talk to Max directly for special requests. His rates are competitive and the service is reliable and efficient. Terrible. Had a 13 passenger van scheduled to pick up a group from the banks downtown. Confirmed the pickup that day and they didn't show. Called and texted several time before the scheduled pick up and got no response. Had to scramble and find someone sober enough to get the large group home. Nightmare!!!! I would definitely NOT trust this service for a pre scheduled ride. read more

Started off ok picking us up in Mason taking us to Reds game at 4pm for 7:05pm game. However when I called to pick us up 30 mins before we needed them (granted 1 hr rain delay and some extra innings), they would NOT answer the phone and left us stranded on negotiated pick up. We had to beg another company to drive us home. If you want to be stranded, pick this company. Not reliable!!!!!! read more

He gave us his business card after we complimented him on the great service (and tipped him, too). Since the driver lives close to us, he said he was able to get to us much quicker if we call him directly. After that, we never called the other taxi cab service directly again, because they had been jerking us around about pickup times, and leaving us waiting for hours even after we scheduled an appointment for a trip. After many trips of courteous, punctual, and overall-excellent service from our "private driver" (Welooti's owner); he mentioned that he wanted to start a web site for his own client base, because the taxi cab company he was contracted with wasn't keeping him busy enough. (And that's weird, since sometimes that other service won't even answer their phone.) Well, this was a match made in heaven, because web sites and social networking management is what WE DO. So the owner of Welooti Taxi, Mr. Sow, contracted us to build his business web site and Facebook business page. We couldn't be happier to help, because this is THE ONLY taxi cab service we will ever use in Cincinnati. After using many, Welooti Taxi is the only one that ever gave us consistently excellent service each and every time we called. And just so you know, Mr. Sow does have other excellent drivers committed to taking fares he cannot manage to take himself. And since he knows there's a terrible service problem with almost all of the other taxi companies in the city, he and his drivers are dedicated to giving you what you can't get from them....consistent excellent service every time you call. Most of them drive those nice comfy Ford Crown Victoria cabs, too, so it's great service in a comfortable ride! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this taxi service to all of our clients and friends as well.

Watch out! Elite Taxi is as crooked as they come…read more To set the scene, picture an 88-year-old woman who weighs 88lbs that cannot see well enough to type her own review of this hustler. My grandmother took a cab from a Cincinnati airpot to her apartment (a 10 minute drive or 4.2 miles, to be precise) and was given a bill of around $20.00, nothing out of the ordinary. Somehow "Chris", using his Square app, managed to end up charging her $125.00, which she only found out about the next day. As far as we can tell there are only two ways he could have done this. He either input the incorrect amount himself or my grandmother accidentally added a "custom tip" (which seems unlikely given her eyesight and understanding of apps) and he did not have the decency to correct such a gargantuan error. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly! Upon reporting this error to the company more than one member of the staff admitted they were at fault and told my father the difference would be credited back to her account. Several phone calls later and my grandmother has still not received the money. The credit card company has also declined reimbursing her for it as the taxi company apparently claimed (to American Express) my grandmother was at fault. The owner "Dave" was supposedly too sick to call my father back (a tactic used by evasive business owners and lazy high schoolers), and now perhaps intends to put off my grandmother until she gives up or forgets. What kind of company behaves this way? Who would employ a cab driver that intentionally rips-off old women? Oh wait, I'll tell you! Elite Taxi, your local, crooked, unfriendly cab company.

I have smell memory for that odor that won't go away. It was almost a sour smell. Puzzling. The "breakfast" was meh. We just went down the road every morning to Starbucks (2 are very close by). The location of this hotel was convenient for the Cincinnati Open so that was a plus and we were only there to sleep so didn't spend much time in the room, thank goodness. Holiday Inn/IHG- spend some money and update this poor hotel!

I never write reviews, but this company definitely deserves ones. I am out of state and my bf is in Mason on business staying at a hotel. He injured his back and could barely make it to the doctor this morning so leaving for food was not going to happen. He'd been eating pork rinds all day and isn't big on pizza or Chinese so delivery was out. I called Taxi Maxx thinking I'd have to beg them to pick up car side to go at a real restaurant and bring it to the hotel for him but that wasn't the case at all. I got the owner, Max, explained my situation and he immediately was more than happy to help. He delivered it right to his room for him and everything. I can't recommend his taxi service enough. He was so helpful when I felt so helpless so far away. read more

I grew up in Landon and have since lived in Manhattan for a long time. It was my first time back to the area for a few years and, through my ride, got to learn about everything thats changed and where I should try to hang out. My driver was the owner and hearing his story was great. When I'm in an Uber or cab, if I'm not in work mode, i like to talk to the driver. He was very excited and really knows the area. In Manhattan the taxis know the city and Uber is really easy...but they also turn the wrong way down one way streets...so I try to take a cab still. I am not one to comment, but I must say, I was blown away by this taxi service! I've used it twice now. The first time was for a 7am trip out of CVG. Usually I have to call in the early morning to make sure they are on time; but when I was about to call, they were already there 15 min early. And when I got in the car (actually 10 minutes late), they were super courteous and friendly. The second time, I forgot my scarf in their car, without even realizing it. After three hours gone by, they must have noticed, but they brought it straight back to my house. In short, service done right! read more

I use Taxi Maxx quite frequently to pick up incoming guests from out of the country for work. They have always been courteous, friendly and very accommodating. I have them arriving and leaving at all times and they have always delivered top notch service. Have not heard one negative comment from my guests. They are always on time, kind, helpful with luggage (even wonderful and fast with installing and removing our children's car seats), the vehicles are always clean, safe and most importantly great service. I've used TaxiMaxx from time to time, mainly to and from the Cincinnati airport, always top notch service and a clean car. On my most recent return to CVG, I neglected to prebook, figuring I'd just grab a cab at the airport. My BIG mistake, TaxiMaxx is far superior to the ride I got curbside.
