There have been some changes in the past year in the pricing structure and sadly the matches are no longer held here. However, I am still a member and visit at least 3-4x a month. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They have had a lot of staff turnover and pricing changes, so just verify what the cost is ahead of time so there are no surprises. Eventually, I did discuss it with the owner, Rex, who assured me that I would be treated better. He even put me in direct contact with a manager there to deal with... so I gave it a second chance and purchased the rifle. As a 'thank you' and a 'sorry you were treated that way', they gave me and my friend (who also bought a rifle) some give cards for range time. Each card was supposed to have two trips. When I went in and tried to use my card, they rang up the range etc, and then kept the card. So I tried to explain that it was for two range visits and explained to the manager what happened previously. He even remembered what happened, and acknowledged that I was given the extras, but doubled down and said "no, you're only getting one trip to range time" and basically dared me to report to Rex. So I tried. I notified Rex via text message that I was again treated terribly,. He was away on vacation and told me that he would address it when he got back. I never heard from him. The other reviews are right. It is a nice place and clean ranges.... BUT... the customer service can be the worst you've ever seen, and the prices are high. Now I can see paying higher prices for a nice place with excellent customer service... but customer service can be as important as the product you buy... and if you're getting service as bad as this place gives... then you're paying way too high a price. I've seen Rex respond to reviews, and in those responses he states that he wishes they would reach out to mgmnt first before posting bad reviews.... but what about when you reach out to the owner (Rex) directly and he doesn't respond? Well, then, the review is warranted. I tried to give it a second chance, but when you're treated badly... and then the second chance is just as bad or worse... what then?

I purchased a rifle online earlier this year and had it shipped to this shop for pickup. I want to…read moreleave this review mainly so other customers are aware of their policy. To be fair, the shop did make multiple attempts to call me to come pick up the firearm, and I take responsibility for not getting there sooner. It simply wasn't a priority at the time. What I did not realize was that after 60 days, they can sell the firearm if it has not been picked up. They do disclose this policy on their website, so I want to be clear about that. However, because I purchased the firearm elsewhere and only had it shipped to this shop, I never had a reason to visit their website or review their terms and conditions. My biggest disappointment is that during the multiple attempts they made to contact me, no one ever communicated something as simple as, "If you don't pick up your firearm by this date, it will be sold." Had I known that, I obviously would have made picking it up a priority. So they did sell my rifle. So while I acknowledge that they attempted to reach me and that the policy is posted online, I think a much better customer experience would be to clearly communicate the 60-day deadline directly before selling someone's firearm. Just something to be aware of if you're having a firearm transferred here: make sure you understand their pickup policy and don't assume they'll specifically warn you before the deadline.
